When logged in to your The Answer Page account, hover over the “My Learning” tab, then click “My Courses.” You will then be able to access your course content.

Can I purchase TheAnswerPage courses if medical cannabis is not currently legal in my state or country?

Yes, you may purchase access to educational content regardless of the legal status of medical cannabis in your state or country.

I previously purchased the NYSDOH course from TheAnswerPage. Why can’t I log in and access my course?

Is there a fee to access the course?

Yes. Pricing is found in our course catalog.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase on your site?

No. PayPal will process the payment, but you can still pay using your credit card. During the checkout process, select “PayPal” rather than “Pay Later,” then on the next pop-up screen, scroll down to see the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option.

Is the content offered by TheAnswerPage accredited?

Yes. Content provides Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Psychological Association (APA) credits and American General Dentistry (AGD) credits. Check each course for the specific provided credits.

Do you submit completion information for the state-required courses, such as the Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, and West Virginia courses?

Yes. TheAnswerPage sends in a weekly report for each State-Required course that will include your completion information.  Please be sure to claim the certificates for each of the courses after you have completed them.

Can Naturopathic doctors earn and utilize Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) credits?

Yes. The UEMS-EACCME has mutual recognition agreements with the American Medical Association (AMA) for e-learning material. How do I claim Royal College Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program credit?

Is ACPE credit accepted by all Provincial Colleges of Pharmacy in Canada? How do Canadian pharmacists claim Provincial Colleges of Pharmacy credit?

Yes, ACPE credit is accepted by all of the Provincial Colleges of Pharmacy. If an activity is an enduring activity that originates in the US and is not targeted solely to Canadians, Canadian pharmacists can utilize ACPE credit.

As a first step, Canadian pharmacy professionals need to create an NABP e-profile where you can access CPE Monitor™. To create an NABP e-profile, a pharmacist or pharmacy technician not licensed in the US will need to complete the Non-United States Pharmacist Waiver Form as part of their profile.The CPE Monitor™ system will direct electronic data from ACPE-accredited providers to ACPE and then to NABP, ensuring that CPE credit is officially verified by the providers. Once NABP receives this information, pharmacist and pharmacy technicians can log in to their NABP profile to access information about their CPE activities.Printed copies of the certificates generated by CPE Monitor™ will serve as the record of professional development (PD) activities should the College request information from the pharmacist during a PD Audit or other information request.

The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners allows practitioners who participate in TheAnswerPage courses to claim credit.  How does one claim the credit?

What is TheAnswerPage refund policy?

Purchases made on TheAnswerPage.com are non-refundable once learning content has been accessed. Refunded monies for learning content not yet accessed will be returned minus the payment portal processing fee.

What are the site requirements?

The site and courses are compatible with all web browsers that have been updated within the past three years except for Safari. Apple is currently working to upgrade Safari to allow better compatibility with online learning tools. The site and courses are also designed to be viewed on mobile devices and tablets.

Some hospital security settings and firewalls may prevent your coursework from checking off as complete; you may wish to complete your course content from a home network or have your hospital IT department whitelist this website.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the “Login” link in the top navigation, then click “Lost Your Password.” Enter your email address or username on the following page, check the “I’m not a robot” box, then click “Reset password.” You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you have technical difficulties, then contact the Service Center.

How long do I have access to my course?

You will have access to each course you purchase until May 21, 2023.

Why am I being charged GST/VAT?

Sales in certain geographic locations require collection of additional taxes by sellers and distribution of those taxes by sellers to the appropriate government authorities. These tax rates differ by country/location and can generally be found on your country’s or locale’s official website.

Why do I not see checkmarks when I’ve completed a lesson or course?

There are two common reasons you may not see checkmarks even though you have completed a lesson or course. First, if you click through the content too quickly the system may not register your completion. Second, this could possibly be a result of your network connection or speed.
